So many solids.

Finished up the top for the quilt I’m making my mother. All fabrics that she gave me to use.ย  Usually I work with many more patterns, but it’s great to sometimes have to work outside of your norm.ย  I’m happy with it!

Mostly Solids

Using solids makes me think about shape and color so much more. Really fun for me. Can’t wait to see this one come together in the next steps.

    I really like it. A lot. All the colors just pop against the white, which I’m finding myself drawn to more and more.

    That’s really beautiful. It’s can be surprising what can happen when you have fabric to work with that’s not your choice.

    It reminds me of a stained glass window, or one of those Japanese doors made of paper ๐Ÿ™‚
